We are asking you to complete a short Google form giving us some anonymous feedback on how the class is going. Your responses will be used to make the class better, so we really appreciate your honest opinion. Of course it’s OK to say that you think it’s going great!

To get credit for this homework, you have to complete a second 1-question form after the first one. So here is what you need to do:

1. Complete this Google form which is our anonymous feedback survey.

2. When you submit that form, you will get a link to a second form that just collects your email address so we can give you credit for doing this HW.
